Business model

The main business model is to market hardware and software products with annual maintenance fee. The software will be priced by the number of seats. The average maintenance fee will be 15% of installation price. Hosted service will be very useful for small and medium sized enterprise (SME). Hosted service will generate monthly subscription revenue. Direct sales staff will work on large enterprise deals greater than $250,000. Indirect channels will be used to close smaller deals or international transactions. OEM sales to CRM product companies, MSP, or ISP will be developed to generate extra revenue.
