Nate Wallace
is a senior executive with extensive background in operations,
corporate finance and investor relations. Nate spent the last 16
years at Manugistics Group, Inc., which was acquired in July 2006 by
JDA Software. Nate helped take
Manugistics Group, Inc. public in 1993 and raised more than $330
million in capital over time. Also worked in corporate finance at a
regional bank, providing merger and acquisition advisory services.
Nate earned a
MBA in corporate finance from Georgetown University and a BS in
Aerospace Engineering from Northrop University. Ralph Peluso, President of Nytor Technologies
A 30-year industry veteran, Ralph
Peluso is a seasoned business professional with special expertise in
high-growth and difficult turnaround endeavors. Most recently, he
was the CEO of stox.com, a NASDAQ-listed developer, and marketer of
investment information to sophisticated investors. In a difficult
turnaround situation, he restructured operations and debt facilities
while increasing revenue 500%. Prior to that, Ralph was the CFO of
LightSpeed, Intl, a leading-edge software firm. He led a capital
raise of $23 million in two private equity rounds. He also led the
negotiation that resulted in Lightspeed’s sale to Cisco in 2001 for
a six-fold return on its equity partners’ investments. Evans Anderson, Senior VP of Sales Mr. Anderson is a results-oriented professional with over 30 years of experience in general management, operations, budgeting, marketing and sales. Previously, Mr Anderson served as Vice president of Business Development and Collections for Corstone Corporation initiative in the Peoples Republic of China (PRC). Prior to Corstone, Mr. Anderson served as President of Magicsoft Corporation, a videoconferencing and collaboration software and service provider developer of the industry leading VC Wizard video conferencing management software . Prior to Magicsoft, Mr. Anderson was the Founder and General Partner of Tidal Wave Networks, a company focused on the sale and distribution of broadband security and related IP-enhanced products and services to the telecommunications and integrator marketplace. Prior to Tidalwave Networks LLC, Mr. Anderson served as President at Ardent Communications. At Ardent, he managed the disposition of distressed assets and was successful in realizing $3.5 million, at a return rate of greater than 15%. Prior to Ardent Communications, Mr. Anderson served as General Manager and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CAIS Internet. During his tenure, Mr. Anderson played an instrumental role in taking CAIS public and subsequently raising over $275 million in capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. Anderson severed in various executive management and operational roles at Oncor Communications, Contel Texocom, ITT and Sprint Communications. |
