President, Chief Operating Officer, Widearea Systems Mr. Wallace is a senior executive with more than 30 years in operations, corporate finance and investor relations. Prior to Widearea, Mr. Wallace spent 16 years at Manugistics Group, an enterprise application software company that developed and sold supply chain management solutions. He played an instrumental role in taking Manugistics Group, Inc. public in 1993 and raising more than $330 million in capital before the company was acquired by JDA Software. He also managed corporate finance, investor relations, treasury and pricing. Prior to his career at Manugistics, Mr. Wallace managed the Corporate Finance Department at MandT Bank (then First National Bank of Maryland). There, he initiated opportunities to provide fee-based services for negotiated merger and acquisition advisory services, private placements, financial restructurings, strategic planning and corporate valuations. |
